Overview
KPX Battery Powered Rail Transfer Cart
The KPX series rail transfer cart is battery-driven handling equipment with a built-in battery pack as its power source. The battery supplies the DC motor through the electric control system, giving stable forward and reverse travel, flexible start and stop, and stepless speed regulation. The cart can travel along S-shaped and curved rails and can be used for ferry duties; an explosion-proof version is available for hazardous areas.
A hydraulic lifting device can be installed beneath the working platform as an option. The DC motor gives the KPX transfer cart soft start, high starting torque, minimal impact on the gearbox, low operating voltage and long service life. With unlimited travel distance and low rail installation requirements, it is suited to long-distance material transport and low-frequency operation. The battery needs routine maintenance and has a standard service life of approximately 3 years.
