Overview
KPX Battery Powered Rail Transfer Cart
The KPX series rail transfer cart is a battery-driven handling equipment with a built-in battery pack as its core power source. The battery delivers power to the DC motor via the electric control system, enabling the cart to achieve stable forward and backward movement, flexible start and stop, and stepless speed regulation. Adaptable to complex operating paths, the cart is capable of traveling along S-shaped and curved rails, and it can be applied to ferry operation scenarios as well as flammable and explosive working environments.
A hydraulic lifting device is optional for installation beneath the cart’s working platform. Equipped with a DC motor, the transfer cart boasts outstanding performance advantages including soft start, high starting torque, minimal impact on the gearbox, low operating voltage and long service life. It features unlimited traveling distance and low rail installation requirements, making it ideal for long-distance material transportation and low-frequency operation scenarios. Routine battery maintenance is required for stable operation, and the standard battery service life reaches approximately 3 years.
