KPJ Cable Reel Rail Transfer Cart
The KPJ series cable reel rail transfer cart is powered through a cable reel mounted underneath the cart. The driving motor is regulated by an AC control system, giving smooth start, stop, forward and reverse travel. The control voltage is 36 V, and an optional hydraulic lifting system can be fitted to the working platform.
With a simple structure and low investment cost, the KPJ transfer cart is widely used for moving material between workshops. It supports continuous operation with no time limit and places low demands on rail laying; versions for high-temperature areas and explosion-proof versions are built to order. Load capacity is customized. When the running distance exceeds 50 m a cable arranger is fitted for orderly winding, and the maximum travel distance is 200 m.
