Special Coil Transfer Cart
The special coil transfer cart is dedicated material handling equipment for transporting steel coils, aluminum coils, iron coils and other rolled materials. A U-shaped support fixture on the platform stops steel coils, aluminum coils and other rolled products from rolling, keeping the load stable and transport safe.
The coil transfer cart supports several power supply modes: battery power, low-voltage rail power and cable reel power. Its driving motor is regulated by a DC controller or frequency inverter, which avoids excessive starting current and abrupt speed surges that could shift the coil. This extends motor service life and makes coil transport safe and effortless.
