Floor Mounted Free-Standing Pillar Mounted Jib Crane
Floor-mounted freestanding jib cranes are multi-purpose lifting equipment engineered for stable service in tough industrial working conditions. This pillar jib crane needs no wall or overhead beam support and bolts directly to concrete foundations without altering the original factory structure, which suits workshops with insufficient overhead space or load-bearing walls.
It is built with a heavy-wall structural steel mast and a reinforced large-diameter base plate to reduce deflection and keep consistent alignment. The jib is a rolled steel I-beam with tapered flange for smooth trolley movement, fitted with safety end stops on both ends of the boom to restrict trolley travel. With a rigid box-type head section and heavy-duty gussets, the floor mounted jib crane has a solid structure, outstanding durability and a long service life.
