AGV Transfer Vehicles

Compact Platform AGV

Compact platform AGV: a low-profile driverless vehicle with a flat load deck, touchscreen and safety devices for moving parts and cartons between stations.

Overview

Compact Platform AGV

The compact platform AGV is a low, driverless vehicle with a flat load deck, made for the frequent, lighter moves in a factory or warehouse: bringing parts to the line, taking finished goods away and linking workstations that are too far apart for a conveyor. It runs on batteries, follows its route by laser navigation or magnetic tape and stops automatically at each programmed station.

The deck carries a pattern of mounting holes, so top modules or customer fixtures can be bolted on, and a touchscreen on the body is used for setup and status. In a fleet, the vehicles are dispatched and routed by a central system. Size, deck equipment and navigation are configured for each project: describe your loads, route and number of stations, and we will propose a vehicle and send full technical data.

Key features

  1. 01
Low-profile body The vehicle sits close to the floor, which keeps the load low and stable and the loading height convenient.
  2. 02
Flat deck with mounting points Loads can ride directly on the deck, or the mounting holes can be used to attach a fixture designed for your product.
  3. 03
Touchscreen and push buttons Status, station selection and manual functions are handled at a screen on the vehicle, with start and emergency stop buttons beside it.
  4. 04
Light signals and safety edge Colored light strips show the working state, and a bumper around the base stops the vehicle on contact.
  5. 05
Navigation to suit the route Laser navigation or magnetic tape guidance is chosen according to how fixed the route is.
  6. 06
Works as a fleet Identical vehicles share the work under one dispatch system, and more can be added as volumes grow.
  7. 07
Charging contacts Contact plates on the body let the vehicle dock with a charger; automatic charging can be specified.
